Faraday Europa II, VCF, our second diversified investment vehicle after Faraday Europa I, EuVECA, provides professional investors with smart access to Venture Capital.
The Management Company, Faraday Venture Capital, SGEIC SA, together with our shareholders, commit 5% of the total target volume of the fund (€40M), designed to maximise investor returns and support 20-25 innovative Startups with high potential for rapid value creation over the next 7–9 years.
Faraday Europa II, FCR enables qualified investors to invest comfortably alongside experienced managers who are fully aligned with their interests. With a minimum commitment of €25,000 and annual capital calls of approximately 20% of the total commitment, investors benefit from advanced communication systems (Extranet and App) and quarterly events focused on learning and networking.
Our Venture Capital Funds are regulated by the CNMV as a Collective Investment Management Company.

Moderate investment and convenience
Faraday Europa II, VCF accepts investment commitments starting at €25,000, with planned disbursements of 20% per year over the fund’s 5-year investment period (i.e. €5,000/year for minimum commitment). Starting from the 6th year, reimbursements begin and continue until the 9th year.
Throughout this period, our investors have access to communication systems (Extranet and mobile App) with details of their positions, quarterly updates on their investments, and access to quarterly events where they can meet the Founders of the portfolio companies, other investors, and our team.
