Faraday Europa II, VCF, our new diversified investment vehicle, provides access to the best Venture Capital investments for the small investor.
The Management Company, Faraday Venture Capital, SGEIC SA, together with our shareholders, is committing 5% of the total target volume of the fund (€40M) to foster the growth of 25-30 innovative Start-ups with significant potential for rapid value creation over the next 7-9 years, with the aim of maximising investor returns.

Moderate investment and comfort
Faraday Europe II, VCF welcomes commitments starting at €25,000, with expected 20% disbursements/year for its 5-year investment period (5k/year for minimum commitment). Reimbursements begin in year 6 to year 9, by which time we aim to exceed an annual IRR of 20% net of fees for our investors and ourselves.
During this period, our investors enjoy access to communication systems (Extranet and App) providing detailed insights into their positions, alongside quarterly updates on the progress of their investments. They also have the opportunity to attend quarterly events, offering networking opportunities with investee founders, fellow investors, and our team.
