Faraday achieves its seventh “Exit” with the sale of its portfolio company Datos101 to the Queka Real Partners fund

Madrid, 5 November, 2025 – Faraday Venture Partners, a European Venture Capital management firm with a solid track record of positive results and several successful exits in in companies such as Habitissimo, Bodeboca, Signaturit, Codigames, PlaySpace, and Woffu, has achieved its seventh exit with Datos101.

Faraday invested in Datos101 in 2020, a Spanish company specializing in cybersecurity, backup, and cloud services for SMEs. Since then, the company has experienced sustained growth, standing out for its innovation, service quality, and leadership in reliable cloud solutions. The transaction, through which Queka Real Partners integrates Datos101 together with B2com and Smartgroup into the new technology platform B2Group, marks a strategic step in consolidating the Spanish market for technological services for SMEs.
The exit of Datos101 reaffirms Faraday’s investment track record and the expertise of its management team. This milestone, the first exit of the Faraday Europa I (FCRE) fund, strengthens the robustness of its investment model focused on high-growth-potential companies.

“We are very pleased with the journey of Datos101 and with having supported its founding team throughout its growth and professionalization. This exit, the first from our Faraday Europa I fund, reinforces our European investment thesis launched in 2020, which we are now continuing through Faraday Europa II,” said Jaime Biel, Managing Partner of Faraday Venture Partners.

Faraday is currently raising its second fund, Faraday Europa II, which continues the strategy of its predecessor: investing in innovative, high-potential companies across Europe. The fund has been recognized by Fond-ICO Global as one of the most prominent early-stage vehicles in the market, consolidating Faraday’s position as a Venture Capital firm of reference.

With a minimum investment of €25,000, Faraday Europa II brings institutional Venture Capital closer to a wider range of professional investors, offering a diversified pan-European portfolio. The fund aims to generate attractive returns through a well-balanced and diversified investment strategy, grounded in a solid vision and a particularly favourable environment to seize the best opportunities within the Spanish and European Venture Capital ecosystem.
