Smart access to Startup investment

Faraday’s mission is to provide private investors with professional access to high-quality Venture Capital investment opportunities, enabling them to build a portfolio of their choosing.

Our deal-by-deal model allows professional investors to invest alongside Faraday in carefully selected startups, with professional management and end-to-end support.

You invest through regulated European Venture Capital Funds (“EuVECA”), which are closed-end investment vehicles managed by Faraday. The funds acquire the equity in the startup, while you become a shareholder of the fund.

The economic terms of the investments are as follows:

Investment Management Services

2% annual management fee (3% in year one)

  • Transaction structuring & execution

  • Legal, tax and administrative coordination

  • Investor support throughout the investment lifecyle

Portfolio Support & Exit Management

10% success fee on realised gains

  • Strategic and commercial support to portfolio companies

  • Support in follow-on rounds & exit process (M&A)

What Startups do we invest in?

We invest in Spanish and European technology Startups and/or those with a strong innovative component in their early commercial stages, seeking smart exposure to various sectors, trends, technologies, and geographies.

Our main selection criteria are:

Funding requirements between €300,000 and €2M

At least 6 months of sales and a clear commercial strategy

High potential for rapid value creation through innovation, technology, and efficient use of capital

Committed, aligned Founders with proven execution capability and an ethical approach

Minimum potential return of 5x the invested amount within a 3-5 year horizon
